Een algemene medewerker zei dat wij de sleutel in de auto mochten achterlaten. Vier dagen na het inleveren worden wij verrast met een factuur van 500 euro vanwege een zogenaamde kras aan het achterportier. Het lijkt erop dat het een verdienmodel van Wheego is om fictieve schades door te belasten. "

" I was delayed in reaching Frankfurt airport so I called Autoeurope twice and spoke to your agent to ask them to help. Both times they confirmed they will send a message to Wheego. However Wheego confirmed that they did not receive any message from Autoeurope. They also said that Autoeurope does not pay them if I dont show up. I find this all strange since as a customer i would expect to get some help from Autoeurope. The voucher has incorrect information and I arrived at Terminal 1 and took the shuttle bus to Terminal 2 as per the voucher, and when you finally find the Wheego desk in Terminal 2 (it is a large confusing poorly signed airport to find Wheego desk), there was no one at the Wheego desk and instead there is a sign that says go to Wheego desk in Terminal 1 which again takes another 30+ mins to wait for shuttlebus and reach Terminal 1. So basically you end up wasting nearly an hour going back and forth. "
" Wheego is only interested in making money. Their customer service is non-existent though they try to be polite. I tried to call them in advance since my arrival was going to be late and no one picks up for hours. I finally got someone from Wheego on the phone and all he said was they will not be available for late pick up even I if I pay the EUr 75 for out of hours collection which is stated on the voucher, so I should come the next day. I called the next day to Wheego who said I could come since they keep the car for 2 hours. When I travelled for 1.5 hours back to the airport the next day, Wheego office at Terminal 1 tells you that they only keep the car for 1 hour. They then said I will have to pay EUR 100 for a car. This seems strange and frankly misleading to the customer who is basically wasting time after being told they keep the car for 2 hours.
