" Horrible experience. At the reception we were received in an overly hot environment. Staff was not sufficiently trained. I had rented the vehicle through Auto Europe and because they could not see the details, they tried to convince me that I had not taken out additional insurance. Fortunately, I did not let them fool me and stuck to my position that I was insured. Took the car, fine. Unfortunately, I had problems with the vehicle because someone else had caused damage. I called Foco customer service, waited 35 minutes, it was finally my turn and I told my story, the connection was broken... Called again, this time on hold for 45 minutes. I told my story again and the lady in question told me that I had to come back to Foco to handle it locally because it was impossible by phone. So I drove all the way from Bombinhas to Floripa: 85 kilometers. Arrived there and told my story, also sharing my experience with their customer service. I could not count on customer focus, because the extremely arrogant employee stood up for her telephone colleague and told me that I did not have to come, that I had to have the damage repaired and that it would be further dealt with when I returned the vehicle. When my wife said something about it, the employee put my partner in her place. Never experienced anything like this... In short: I am a customer, drove 2x 85 kilometers for nothing and no understanding or compensation... Fortunately everything was settled with the other party and at the end of the insurance the car was delivered and the rest was done with Foco. My tip: pay a little more and rent elsewhere; here the customer is not king! "
